Bubble Loop Terms of Use

1. What Bubble Loop Is

Bubble Loop is an online directory and map that allows members to list, find, and contact one another for the sole purpose of exchanging reusable packaging materials. Bubble Loop does not own, handle, inspect, package, ship, or transport any materials exchanged between members.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Bubble Loop.

3. What Bubble Loop Does Not Do

Bubble Loop does not:

• Schedule, confirm, or manage pickups or meetings between members
• Vet, verify, or background-check any member
• Supervise, monitor, or participate in any in-person exchange
• Take possession of, inspect, or guarantee the condition of any materials listed or exchanged

All arrangements - including timing, location, and manner of exchange - are made solely between the members involved.

4. Member Responsibility

By using Bubble Loop, members agree that they are solely responsible for:

• Their own safety during any pickup or meeting arranged through the platform
• Verifying the identity and intentions of anyone they choose to meet
• The condition, cleanliness, and suitability of any materials given or received
• Complying with all applicable local laws during any exchange

Bubble Loop strongly recommends members meet in well-lit, public business locations and only during business hours, and use their own judgment before arranging any in-person exchange.

5. No Liability for Member Conduct or Exchanges

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bubble Loop, its founders, and operators are not liable for any injury, loss, dispute, theft, property damage, or other harm arising from or related to:

• Any interaction, meeting, or exchange between members
• The condition or safety of materials exchanged
• Any member's conduct, whether on or off the platform

Bubble Loop is provided "as is," as a directory and map only.

6. Changes to These Terms

Bubble Loop may update these terms as the platform grows. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
